A mid-western transplant, Dr. Foster and his family chose to make Sparta their home in 2012. They moved from Davenport, IA, where Dr. Foster graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic.
Our Practice
Fostering Health got its start in June of 2013. Starting with a dream of serving Sparta and the surrounding communities full time. We are the first and only office to offer memberships, offering unlimited care for a monthly fee.
It is our goal to serve our community to the best of our ability, caring for our professionals, families, athletes, and laborers. We are here to make our community a better place.

Offering Essential Oils training classes.

Starting in November, and perhaps even as soon as this month, we will be opening our office to Wellness Advocates who are excited to teach our community about the benefits of oils to health and wellness.​
Our first scheduled class is Tues. Nov 10, 2015 at 6:30pm. Join us to learn how to use oils, and have your questions answered.
We may have an earlier class sometime this month though, if timing works out with the Wellness Advocates.
